Hello My name is Ermias Bizuwork
I like technology
About Me
I thrive at the intersection of technology, product strategy, and customer impact—where ambiguity transforms into innovation.
My career began in technical consulting at Manhattan Associates, working directly with Fortune 500 retailers including Nike, LVMH, and Cardinal Health. I learned early that the best solutions emerge from deep customer understanding, not just technical excellence.
At The Home Depot, I've spent 7+ years building enterprise products that power the nation's 4th largest supply chain—architecting solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and shipping features that serve 20,000+ users across 200+ distribution centers. From AI-powered assistants and voice interfaces to real-time telemetry platforms, I've led products from zero to one and scaled them across the enterprise.
I don't fit neatly into traditional career silos—and that's by design.
I code. I build roadmaps. I present to executives. I mentor engineers. I engage directly with end users. This full-stack approach to product leadership bridges the gap between customer pain points, technical feasibility, and business strategy in ways that specialized roles often cannot.
Currently pursuing my MBA at Georgia Tech Scheller while serving as Junior Board Member for the Georgia Transplant Foundation.
